Welcome! You are about to embark on one of the most exciting, satisfying, and ultimately important experiences life can offer. Building a new home is very different from buying an existing home. It can be a complex, expensive, and time-consuming experience. It can also be intensely personal and deeply rewarding. At Patco Construction, we've been helping people build their dreams for a quarter century.

It Starts with You

Custom Design means much more to us than offering you a choice of paint, carpet and fixtures in an otherwise standard home. It's a process that begins well before you even look at floorplans and architectural styles.

You talk and we listen. We discuss your needs, wants and financial requirements. We learn about your hopes, dreams and aspirations. We offer permitted lots from our inventory , or assist you in evaluating a lot you have chosen. We will answer all of your questions about construction, land, community, financing. This is where we begin to help you determine the many details that will make your home uniquely your own.

Phases of Construction

You homebuilding contractor is also your partner. As such, it's our job to make sure you are well informed about every phase of the construction process, and are included in all important decisions along the way.

The Patco Design/Build Commitment is given to you in writing. It details specifically how we assist you with room layout and design. It explains how we provide a set of custom blueprints, a description of materials and a contract specifying conditions and responsibilities for you and Patco through the building process.

You will get a clear, concise picture of exactly what is involved in every phase of your new home purchase - and our promise that your home will be delivered on time and on budget.

Right Down to the Details

Transforming dreams into reality is in the details, and there are many! To make sure nothing slips through the cracks, we provide you with a New Home Manual which documents everything you need to know about the construction and purchase of your home. We include everything from permits and septic design layout to warranty information on your new carpets.

Creating Rooms You'll Love to Live In

Our job is to create the space, and then let you fill it with the look and feel of things you love. We understand that the homes we build are where families live. Where kids and grandkids grow and play and where family and friends are entertained.

In our New Home Design Center, you can actually see and feel your many choices of high quality interior and exterior design finishes and accessories like paint, siding, flooring, lighting, lighting fixtures and much more. You'll even work directly with our kitchen and bath designer on the layout and finish of the most used rooms in your home.

You'll be packing your things in no time!

Sooner than you expect, the big day arrives. When everything is ready, we'll accompany you on an orientation walk-through to make sure everything meets your expectations. We'll go over mechanical system operation and maintenance. Even after you've settled in, we'll come back in 11 months just to make sure everything is what you expected.
