The design team identified a lot of items that a builder includes purely for aesthetics - things that you can always add to your home at a later date. One example is shutters. While they add a nice touch to a home, they cost a couple of hundred dollars and are not a necessary part of your home. Eliminating the cost of such "non-functional" build elements makes building your dream home more affordable!
