Whether you choose to select one of our innovative designs, modify an existing PATCO design or work with us on an entirely new design, we are happy to accommodate your individual housing needs. There are several home packages available to choose from, such as the Chesapeake cape, the Connecticut colonial or the Piscataqua ranch.
In order to provide a complete housing package, we offer a "turn-key" financing plan, allowing you to focus on planning your dream home. Our packages also include a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, insuring your home against major structural defects, workmanship deficiency and faulty systems.
