What do your homes include?

All of our homes are "turnkey" house packages. They are designed and built to your specifications and include everything from the septic & well to cupboards and countertops. Your home will be in move in condition once completed.

Do we need our own land or do you have lots to choose from?

Patco has a large inventory of permitted lots throughout Southern Maine and New Hampshire. We are continuously aquiring new lot inventory to choose from.

Is Patco interested in purchasing land I have for sale?

Yes, please contact John Caramihalis, Land Acquisition Manager.

Can your homes be modified?

Whether your desired new home is from one of our innovative designs, a modification of one of our designs or, an entirely new design you have developed, Patco Design Build can provide you your new home on schedule, as designed and on budget.

Can I bring in my own house plans?

Yes, Patco will work closely with you and our in-house draftsman who can customize your dream home to your needs.

Are your homes modular or stick built?

All of our homes are stick built. We work closely with local subcontractors to ensure top quality in all aspects of your home.

How far away will you build?

Patco homes are built throughout Southern Maine and New Hampshire.

What does "Turn Key" mean?

Turn key means your home will be ready to move into! Everything is included in the purchase price of your home including flooring, cabinets, countertops, septic & well, foundation, and excavation.

How long does it take to build a house?

The average home takes between 12-16 weeks. This timeframe varies depending on weather and other circumstances beyond our control.
